Processing Times
We engrave our products with care. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1-5 business days. custom items may require longer before dispatch. During busy periods (holidays, market seasons) processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
•    Metro areas: 3–7 business days
•    Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Express Post is available at checkout for an additional cost and is not covered by the free shipping threshold.

Local Pickup & Delivery
Free local delivery may be available for nearby areas, enter your postcode at checkout to check eligibility. Local pickup is available from Geelong, VIC or surrounds. Email admin@dbdesignslocal.com.au and to arrange a time.

International Shipping
We do not ship internationally.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right
